1. Services Provided
Diamond Prime Solutions LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Specific services, pricing, and scheduling are agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We strive to arrive on time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic or unexpected delays. If we are delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service. Inform us of any special cleaning requests or areas requiring extra care.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Payment Terms

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we take great care in providing services, we are not responsible for: Pre-existing damage to furniture, fixtures, or property. Items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special care. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided on the day of the incident.
8. Health and Safety
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary. We do not handle biohazardous materials.
